Simply contact us within seven days of receiving your item and return it in the original condition and packaging within an agreed time limit. A refund will then be issued less postage and packing and any relevant bank charges. This does not apply to personalised/customised items under EU distance selling regulations.
We do not offer a refund on personalised artwork where studio time has been involved: Pencil Portraits, Custom prints, Star Maps.
Personalised items can only be returned if damaged in transit. In the case of any damaged items a full refund or replacement item will be offered. This does not affect your statutory rights.
