[toggle title=”Can I put 2 Names in a frame?”]Yes you can put 2 names in the same frame if the letters add up to 10 characters in total, just type in both names with a space in between.

[toggle title=”The Name I want is 11 letters?”]We can fit a name with 11 letters (eg CHRISTOPHER) but the first and last letter will be over the edges of the shelf slightly. If you are happy with that, just type part of the name in the name box on the product page and let us know the full name by typing into the Notes box on the checkout page.

[toggle title=”What if I don’t want the silver engraving plate?”]If you don’t want the silver plate just leave that box blank and we won’t attach one.

[toggle title=”I made a mistake on the engraving?”]No problem, plates are attached with double sided tape so can easily replaced if there is a mistake. You can order replacement plates online: https://www.makeitwithwords.com/product/replacement-engraving-forabcframe/

[toggle title=”I spelt the name wrong?”]Ok it happens, just send an email to: hello@makeitwithwords.com with the details. There is no charge for amending the frame if you have made a genuine mistake. We will post you a return label + re-delivery delivery label and the total cost is €9.95 (Ireland only, please contact us if you are outside of Ireland). When you email us we will send a link for payment. Then we post you a return label, so place the frame back in the gift box and then in the shipping box, attach the label for return and drop it to a local Post office or An Post depot. Please do not send frames in envelopes, they will get broken!

[toggle_block class=” “][toggle title=”Do you do Fadas and other accents?”]Yes we can add a fada or any other accent to any letter. If you know how to type a letter with a fada or other accent, you can type this into the name box on the product page or just add a note in the Notes box on the checkout page. [/toggle]

United Kingdom (£4.45) : Approx 2 working days, delivery is by ParcelForce.
Europe (€15.00): Approx 3-5 working days depending on the country, delivery is by GLS Parcel service.
United States (€12.00): Approx 5-7 working days depending on the country, delivery is by the Local Postal service
